The wonders of mowing the lawn...

We have ~3 acres of lawn/field and this time of year the lawn grows amazingly quickly. The good news is that I love to mow the lawn AND my wife likes me to mow the lawn. So if I mow during the week, I eat a quick dinner, radio/hearing protection (listening to NPR), and zone out for a few hours. I generally mow until dark or until the dew starts to build up.

Once again I almost got the mower (A John Deer GT325 w/48" deck) really stuck in a mud hole. The good news is that a few good sized rocks were enough to get me out, the bad news is that once again I got my clothes covered with mud.
